The music I play really depends on who attends the function. I bring a selecton of music to each function to cover most styles and tastes including: Rock 'n' Roll, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, Party, Dance & R'n'B. I am also on a CD maling list which provides me with the latest chart music usually before they hit the shops!
Most venues now require that any visiting discos are insured for Public Liability and hold a PAT test certificate for their equpment. Copies of these documents can be produced upon request. For children's parties and schools, I have also been police checked and I hold a CRB Enhanced disclosure certificate.

What areas do you cover?
I travel to: Immingham, Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Scunthorpe and all surrounding areas. It may be possible to travel further, please ask.
How much space will you need?
The standard size disco requires roughly 5 metres wide
Do you perform in marquees?
Yes, I can perform in marquees providing there is an adequate power supply All marquees are different, so please let me know your requirements.
What power supply will you need?
Ideally, I require two 13A sockets protected by an RCD.
What time will you turn up?
I will usually arrive to set-up around 45 minutes before the agreed start time. Afternoon setup can be arranged at an additional cost.
Will you work along side a band / singer?
Yes, I have previous experience working along side other entertainers including Bands, Singers, Magicians and Comedians.
When should I book my disco?
To avoid disappointment, please book as early as possible. My diary gets filled up quickly over the Christmas and Summer months.
How can I pay you?
I accept the following payment methods: Cash, Cheque or Paypal. Please make cheques payable to ESSENTIAL ASSORTMENT.
Do you need a deposit?
Yes, a £30 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Are your bookings confirmed in writing?
Yes, All bookings are confirmed in writing via Post or e-mail.
Do you accept playlists?
I don't mind a short list of your favouite songs that you'd like me to play. If there are any specfic songs such as first dances please try to bring a CD with you to make double sure it can be played.
How many Discos do you have out at once?
Very rarely do I have more than one booking in one night.
This enables me to personally ensure that all events are to the same standard.
Do you perform all the bookings yourself?
I perform 99% of bookings myself.
As I am self employed I have to ensure that I can make arrangements with other DJ's to cover my bookings if I am ill etc. I have a small pool of reliable, experienced DJ's that I can call upon if needed.
During the busy christmas period I am often required by my regular venues to perform at christmas dinner dances. This is one of the only times through the year that I may send another DJ to fulfill my bookings. Please be assured that the DJ's I send are highly experienced are people that I know personally and can trust 100%.
